Bonjour,
N'ayant pas mis à jour sur mon PC le logiciel depuis un moment, je me retrouve avec un problème à l'installation où on me dit de contacter l'auteur avec le fichier d'erreur ci-après :

Etes-vous bien administrateur de la machine ? Passez-vous par IE pour réaliser l'installation ? Utilisez-vous bien le lien de téléchargement du site officiel ?

Il semble en effet qu'il s'agisse d'un problème de droits.

Avec un peu de retard, je n'arrive toujours pas à l'installer sur un de mes PC alors que ça a bien marché sur l'autre.
Je passe bien par Internet explorer sur votre site et je suis bien l'administrateur.

Bonjour,

Dans ce cas, cela peut venir de l'antivirus qui interdirait l'accès à telle ou telle ressource. Ou bien les UAC, qu'il conviendrait de désactiver le temps de l'installation (cf. http://www.futura-sciences.com/magazine ... r-uac-541/).

Avec un peu de retard, encore une fois, je confirme que c'est bien l'antivirus qui bloquait le démarrage de l'application.

bonjour,

j'ai exactement le meme probleme pour installer hcskipper depuis seulement la dernière version.
Même en desactivant on antivirus (avast) cela ne fonctionne pas.
Que puis je faire comme autres commandes ?

Bonjour zizou92,

C'est le même problème en effet. Etes-vous certain d'avoir bien désactivé Avast ? Avez-vous essayé de l'arrêter en passant par les services Windows ?

Bonjour,

j'ai essayé de le désactiver depuis les services de windows, mais j'ai l'impression que l'on ne peut pas vraiment forcer avast a quitter contrairement a d'autres applications.
ceci expliquerait pourquoi cela ne marche toujours pas.
Comment pourrais je réellement forcer avast a quitter afin d'installer HCS ?
